Desiree Parait
Founder / CEO
Desiree is the visionary founder and CEO of Mobile Injections. She has revolutionized the aesthetics industry with a relentless pursuit of convenience and excellence. Her journey began in the fast-paced world of healthcare, providing critical care to emergent situations as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Recognizing the potential for innovation she furthered her education with a Master’s in Business Administration, equipping herself with the strategic acumen to transform her vision into reality.
After a dedicated ten-year career for the Air Force she cultivated exceptional leadership skills and a profound understanding of operational efficiency. Her last role as a Cyber Senior Program Management Analyst instilled in her a meticulous approach to problem-solving and project management, qualities that have become the cornerstone of Mobile Injections’ success.
Driven by a desire to simplify the healthcare experience she established Mobile Injections with a singular focus: to empower individuals to achieve their beauty goals without compromising their busy lifestyles. Drawing inspiration from her military experience, she has created a company that operates with precision, efficiency, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction.
Beyond her professional accomplishments she is a passionate explorer. Having traveled to 14 countries, she embodies a spirit of adventure and curiosity. Her dedication to a healthy lifestyle, through volleyball and weightlifting, reflects her belief in the importance of balance and well-being.

Dr Mark A Merlin
Medical Director
A seasoned healthcare executive and physician with over three decades of experience, Dr. Mark Merlin is a recognized leader in value-based healthcare, operations, and clinical practice. His career is marked by a consistent record of success in driving operational efficiency, enhancing revenue cycles, and improving patient safety.
As the founder and former CEO of six Clinical Practice Groups, including the world’s largest fixed-wing physician clinical practice group - Dr. Merlin has demonstrated an exceptional ability to build and scale complex healthcare organizations. His entrepreneurial spirit is further evidenced by his role in taking a healthcare company public on NASDAQ, achieving a valuation of $1.6 billion.
Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, Dr. Merlin has held key leadership positions, including Chief Medical Officer of a Mobile Integrated Health Company, where he oversaw over 6000 employees and spearheaded mergers and acquisitions. His deep understanding of both clinical practice and business operations has been instrumental in driving growth and innovation within the healthcare industry.
Committed to giving back, Dr. Merlin established a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free travel for critically ill patients. His philanthropic work underscores his compassion and dedication to improving the lives of others.

Nurse Practitioner
​Summer is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with over fifteen years of healthcare experience. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marymount University.
She is passionate about merging excellence in clinical care with world class customer service to create an unforgettable patient experience. Special interests include integrative medicine and complementary therapies to help patients achieve regenerative whole health across the lifespan
She is an avid lifelong reader/learner, creative, and self-identified science nerd. Her leadership style is best described as visionary & transformational. She excels at sharing & showing compassion.
